はりーさんとご飯食べに行きました！！
11時頃にラーメンチャーハンたべましたよ♪
不健康ですねー。(笑)
でも夜遅くなると無性に食べたくなるときありますよね？(笑)
夜中に甘いものや、ラーメンなどの油ものが食べたくなる現象を
「フード・ハイ」って言うんですって！
潜降中に起こる違和感を
「スクイズ」
浮上中に起こる違和感を
「リバース・ブロック」
夜中に起こる謎の食欲を
「フード・ハイ」
っというふうに覚えるといいかもです(笑)(笑)
勉強になりましたね♪
