昨日は、僕だけお休みいただいていたので、

水曜の深夜から地元の友達と

ボーリング行ってきました！！(^o^)丿＝＝＝３　〇¶¶

1人1レーン使って20ゲームやってきました！

しっかり筋肉痛です・・・笑(>_<)

結構簡単に筋肉痛になるのですが、

ダイビングした翌日はほぼ筋肉痛になりますね(^_^;)汗

皆さんは、どうですかね～？<`～´>？

ダイビングは普段使わない筋肉も使ったりしますからね＼(◎o◎)／！
